RUSSEL STOVER SUGAR FREE (Made with Stevia Extract) Assorted 4 Flavor Mix

These are amazing! All 4 flavors are so good.  Dark Chocolate Mine Patties--Smooth dark chocolate over crisp clean mint.  (The chocolate melts in your mouth).  Peanut Butter Cups-Good.  Nice peanut flavor and milky chocolate outside.  Pecan Delights-Milky chocolate outside and creamy caramel inside with nice crunchy pecans.  Toffee Squares- Milky chocolate and crisp crunchy toffee.  It's hard to believe that there is no sugar in these.  Still very addictive but no hard crash like sugar.  I highly recommend them!  Just be careful they are as good as regular chocolate which means beware could be addicting!!

Organic Red Lentil Gluten Free Spaghetti

An amazing tasty macaroni product that is available at Whole Foods.  The texture is amazing for a Gluten Free NON Wheat product or ANY PASTA Product.  The only ingredient is red lentil flour.  The noodles come out a true aldente.  I mixed with a sesame peanut butter sauce and they were amazing.  This is a great product for those who need a reliable GLUTEN FREE product that does not taste weird or different than mainstream pasta.

Espresso Beans Chocolate

B'sd  WOW!! This is a FIND! Totally my dream chocolate!  It covers my 2 food groups:  Chocolate and Coffee!

Brand: Endangered Species Chocolate-It comes in @ 72% Cocoa and 100% Delish! (Full nutrition facts to follow.)

Presentation, presentation, presentation.  Outside wrapping: A beautiful orange & black tiger print or tree with branches and espresso beans growing.  Inside:  And if one wasn't excited enougIh already to get to this treat, the next layer is a golden wrapper!  Brings back memories of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.  The Good Stuff:  This chocolate is SMOOTH....and so TASTY.  It seriously just MELTS in your mouth.  Every bite brings one closer to HEAVEN.  In fact, I thought I might have been HEAVEN.  Usually I can contain myself and eat 2-3 squares and have a candy bar for a good week or at least a few days.  In this case, I kept taking a few bars, and then taking a few more, and then before I knew it....the WHOLE bar was gone!  Not even sure when I can get this BAR again.  I have to RESERVE it for SPECIAL OCCASIONS.....maybe on ROSH CHODESH (the new month) or on SHABBOS MEVARCHIM (the Shabbat before the new month.)  Anyways, I give this CHOCOLATE an A++.  EVERYTHING I EVER DREAMED OF IN A CHOCOLATE AND MORE!  Obviously, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHOCOLATE BAR!  The Brand, Endangered Species put out several other FLAVORS......haven't tried them yet, but I am sure they are SUPER DELISH as well.

Kind Plus Snack Bar

I believe this company makes a few different types of snack bars. The one that I tasted this afternoon was cranberry almond + antioxidants. The bar boasts itself as being "gluten free", "wheat free", "low glycemic index (53)", "3 grams of fiber", "Non GMO", "No Trans fat", and "Dairy/Cholesterol free". One might think "What's left" and "What does this bar taste like without any of the above ingredients? What remains is: Almonds, dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), macadamias, honey, non GMO glucose, puffed rice, chicory fiber, soy lecithin and 50% of DV antioxidants A, C, and E.

Vitamins: Vitamin A Acetate, Ascorbic Acid (Vit C), D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vit E).

I really enjoyed the crunchy almonds and macadamias. The cranberries and honey give it a nice chewy texture. It was sweet, but not "too sweet" and it also satisfied my "crunch" desire. I had come home after class and was snacking with no relief. Once I had this bar I was finally satisfied. Either it was because of the almonds and vitamins that I finally fed my body, or perhaps it was because the Kind bar was the last thing I ate. I will know more when I have this snack bar first. I hope that it does fill me up. I have seen other Kind snack bars at the store in different flavors. I will update this post once I try them. I highly recommend this snack bar for many reasons: 1) it taste really good, 2) it has a nice mix of sweet and crunchy, 3) it is vegan and pareve....which means no "meat" or "dairy", 4) Low glycemic index (perhaps it could even make the "South Beach" approved snacks in phase 2 or 3?, 5) The Kind bar also promotes "not so random acts of kindness". More info on their website: www.Kindsnacks.com/world.

Other flavors I have tried are: Peanut butter and dark chocolate+protein. The bar had 7 grams of protein, 200 cals, 18% saturated fat. I didn't like it as much as the cranberry bar. It tasted a lot like peanut butter.

Dark Chocolate + Cherry cashew. I liked the flavors on this bar....the dark chocolate and cherry. It was a nice sweet blend. It also had 50% of DV antioxidants. Protein 4g, cals 180, fat 14%.

The Kind bar could be found at CVS, Walgreens, and other drug stores. It costs about $2.00.

Noosa finest yoghurt

Just tried this very creamy and delicious new "yoghurt" that is described as "all natural, glulten free, probiotic, and rBGH free".  The label says that the Aussie style youghurt (their spelling) is made from happy cows raised on a family-owned farm in Colorado.

I tried the "tart cherry" flavor and was very pleased with the light, creamy, texture.  It was sweet and creamy enough to be ice cream.

I recommend giving it a try.  Less filling than "greek yogurt" and more like a desert.

I found it at Target.  Not sure where else one can find it.

Kosher, OU-D.

Quorn Meat-Free Gourmet Pub Cheeseburger on a sesame seed bun

THIS BURGER IS A WINNER!

Burger made of "Mycoprotrin TM, a nutritous form of quality protein derived from the fungi family, which is naturally low in saturated fat, high in protein and fiber.
* Produced by fermentation, the age-old process for making beer, yogurt or cheese.
* It is a source of all 9 essential amino acids.
* To learn more about the sustainability of Mycoprotein TM, please visit quorn/com/sustainability."

This product is less than $3.00 at Ralph's and it is less than 3 minutes to heat up!  It is amazing.....the burger has a nice texture....add some mayo and mustard and it hits the spot!  I didn't realize that it has REAL CHEESE (not vegan cheese) until now as I read the box.  The cheese was very melty and tasty.

SO the burger was tasty, quick to eat, and hit the spot.  I highly recommend having a few of these around in the freezer so when one gets the munchies they can resolve that problem in less than 3 minutes!!! :)
